Hammond 1590Z119G Silicone Replacement Gasket Two-Pack, 122 mm Enclosure

The 1590Z119G is a pack of two replacement silicone gaskets for the 1590Z119 heavy-duty diecast aluminum enclosures, the 122 x 120 x 82 mm size in the 1590Z Series. It is aimed at maintenance teams and OEM builders who need to renew the lid seal or keep spares for enclosures that are serviced often.

The drawing (reference G119) specifies silicone rubber, with an alternate material manufactured by Shin-Etsu from a 1:1 mixture of types KE-931U and KE-941U. The series gasket is a replaceable one piece silicone rubber design rated -40C to +150C (-40F to 302F), seated in the tongue and groove joint of the enclosure.
