The 1590WPFBK is the black textured, water-tight 1590P diecast aluminum enclosure with a flanged bottom plate. It serves integrators and OEM designers who need a sealed, surface-mountable metal housing designed to meet IP65, finished in black.
The die-cast aluminum alloy box and lid are painted with tough polyester powder paint for a lasting finish even after machining, with black screws included. The bottom flange is welded. A silicone gasket, supplied loose inside the enclosure and not pre-installed, works with the lap joint construction to seal the lid.
With a nominal size of 153 x 83 x 50 mm (6.02 x 3.27 x 1.97 in), the 1590WPFBK measures 179.53 mm [7.068 in] overall including the flange and 51.90 mm [2.043 in] overall height.
