The 1590BB2YL is a 1590BB2-size painted diecast enclosure in Yellow (RAL 1021), built for stomp box manufacturers, DIY pedal builders and electronics experimenters. At 4.72 in (120 mm) long, 3.70 in (94 mm) wide and 1.50 in (38 mm) high, it is the taller 38 mm version of the 120 x 94 mm footprint, giving 4 mm more height than the 34 mm 1590BB.
The box and lid are diecast aluminum alloy, tough yet easy to machine. A smooth glossy polyester powder coat is applied at the factory, saving time and cost for builders while providing a lasting finish after machining and an easy surface for labels or silk screens. The yellow finish is matched to RAL 1021.
Drawing dimensions are 119.50 x 94.00 x 37.75 mm [4.705 x 3.701 x 1.486 in] overall, with 113.77 mm inside length, 88.27 mm inside width and 33.50 mm inside height.
