The 1590B2RD is a painted diecast aluminum stomp box enclosure finished in Red (RAL 3011). It uses the 1590B2 body: a 4.41 in (112 mm) by 2.40 in (61 mm) footprint with a 1.50 in (38 mm) height, giving pedal builders, experimenters and OEM engineers a compact rectangular housing for effects circuits and small electronic instrument projects.
Box and lid are made from diecast aluminum alloy, a material that is tough yet easy to machine. The enclosure arrives factory powder coated in a smooth, glossy polyester finish that holds up after machining and gives labels or silk screens a clean surface to adhere to. The red colour is matched to standard RAL 3011.
