The 157R is a 2 henry filter choke carrying up to 200 mA DC, the highest current of the C9H-frame 157 parts covered here, for high voltage DC supply filtering.
At 57 ohms of DC resistance it trades inductance for current capacity, a useful balance where a supply feeds heavier loads than a 150 mA choke allows.
