Hammond 1557FOOTBK-24 Black ABS Wall Mount Feet for 1557 Series, 24-Pack

The 1557FOOTBK-24 is a 24-piece bag of black ABS wall mount feet for the 1557 Series. It matches the feet included with the black general purpose ABS enclosures such as 1557FBK and 1557FABK and is useful for anyone who needs replacement or spare feet for indoor ABS installations.

Each foot is 1.3 in x 0.67 in x 0.18 in (33 mm x 17 mm x 5 mm); on the foot drawing it measures 32.94 mm [1.30 in] by 16.95 mm [.67 in], 4.50 mm [.18 in] thick. The material is ABS plastic with a UL94 HB flame rating. The part page lists UL file E65324 and RoHS and REACH compliance.

The feet support two wall configurations. In the heavy duty wall flange mount the feet face outward and the enclosure is screwed to the surface with #8 pan head screws (not included). In the flush mount the feet act as keyhole slots with a detent that clicks over pre-installed #8 pan head screws, leaving the enclosure tight to the wall.

Fix ABS feet to the enclosure with the self tapping foot screws at 80-90 cN-m (7-8 lbf-in), lower than the torque specified for polycarbonate feet. The kit ships in a bag, 0.15 lbs (0.07 kg).
