Hammond 1557FOOT2BK-24 Black Polycarbonate Wall Mount Feet, 24-Pack

The 1557FOOT2BK-24 is a 24-piece kit of black polycarbonate wall mount feet for the 1557 Series watertight enclosures. It matches the feet supplied with the black polycarbonate enclosures such as 1557F2BK, 1557FA2BK and 1557H2BK, and is a convenient way for OEM builders and installers to stock spares or replace lost or broken feet.

Each foot measures 1.3 in x 0.67 in x 0.18 in (33 mm x 17 mm x 5 mm); the foot drawing dimensions it at 32.94 mm [1.30 in] by 16.95 mm [.67 in] and 4.50 mm [.18 in] thick. The part is polycarbonate with a UL94 5VA flame rating, is listed under UL file E65324 and is RoHS and REACH compliant.

The feet let a 1557 enclosure hang two ways. For a heavy duty wall flange mount the feet point outward and the enclosure is fixed with #8 pan head screws (not included). For a flush wall mount the feet act as keyhole slots: set two #8 pan head screws at the spacing shown on the enclosure drawing, use a foot to set the screw height, then push the enclosure on until the detent clicks over the screw heads.

Attach polycarbonate feet to the enclosure with the self tapping foot screws at 100-110 cN-m (8.8-9.7 lbf-in). The kit ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.15 lbs (0.07 kg).
