With a clear polycarbonate lid over a RAL 7035 grey polycarbonate box, the 1554J2GYCL lets you see meters, LEDs and labels inside a sealed 160 x 90 x 61 mm enclosure. It is well matched to field instrumentation, data loggers and control electronics that need visual checks without opening the lid.
The clear lid carries a UL94V-0 flame rating. As a polycarbonate 1554 model it is UV stabilized for outdoor use, cUL and UL 508A listed under file #E65324, and independently tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 plus NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. Impact rating is IK08 per IEC 62262:2021, with a recommended operating temperature of -40°C to +110°C (-40°F to +230°F).
The interior offers about 152.91 x 77.00 x 54.50 mm and fits a PC board up to 77.47 x 147.32 mm. Choose from these built-in mounting provisions:

- Standoffs for #6 self-tapping screws
- Vertical PC card guides for 1.5 mm boards
The lid seals through two-piece tongue and groove construction and a replaceable one-piece silicone gasket shipped loose. Four self-captivating M4 stainless steel screws fasten into corrosion resistant bushings at a recommended 43-57 ozf-in (30-40 cN-m). The 1554JPL inner panel and 1554FT foot kit are listed accessories. Shipping weight is 0.53 lbs (0.24 kg).
