Hammond 1554FLGY 120x90x45mm Low-Profile Gray ABS Enclosure, IP66

The 1554FLGY is the general purpose ABS, low-profile build of the 120 x 90 mm footprint, with a nominal height of 45 mm. Molded in light gray (RAL 7035) ABS with a gray lid, it is intended for indoor use where a thin, gasketed enclosure is needed for boards, modules or small DIN rail devices.

ABS versions of the 1554 series carry a UL94-HB flame rating, are not UL listed, and have been tested to and meet IP66. They are rated IK07 per IEC 62262:2021 and are recommended for -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F). If you need outdoor UV stability or a UL 508A listing in this size, the polycarbonate 1554FL2GY is the equivalent.

Drawing dimensions for the 1554FL size are 120.00 x 90.00 mm with a 45.45 mm overall height; inside there is 112.99 mm of length, 82.99 mm of width and 39.35 mm of height. The maximum PC board listed on the part page is 108.4 x 77.5 mm. M3 brass inserts, standoffs for #6 self-tapping screws, card guides for 1.5 mm boards and molded DIN rail tabs are provided, and a 1554FPL steel inner panel can be ordered separately.

The flat lid seals through a two piece tongue and groove joint with a one-piece silicone gasket that is supplied loose, and fastens with four included M4 stainless steel self-captivating screws. Wall-mount holes, 4X Ø4.30 mm, are outside the gasket channel and double as the fixing points for the 1554FT foot kit. The 1554FLGY is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships at 0.32 lbs (0.15 kg).
