Hammond 1550H 222×146×101 mm Natural Diecast Aluminum Enclosure

The 1550H is a natural-finish diecast aluminum enclosure from the 1550 Series, with a 222 x 146 mm footprint with a 101 mm body height, the deep version of the 222 x 146 mm size (the 1550G is the 51 mm version). Die-cast aluminum alloy is tough yet easy to machine, and the unpainted body is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. As supplied, without a gasket, the 1550H is rated IP54. Adding the 1550GEGASKET EVA foam gasket kit brings it to IP66, and the 1550GSGASKET silicone kit is the IP67 upgrade (with properly installed gasket and lid screws torqued at 55 cN.m). The same size in black powder coat is the 1550HBK, and the version shipped with an IP66 gasket is the 1550WH. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships in shrink wrap.
