Rated 3mH at 1.5 A, the 154B is an open-bracket filter choke (D.C. reactor) in the 153-159 Series for low to medium current circuits. OEM designers, repair technicians and builders of high voltage power supplies use chokes of this type for supply filtering. Listed by the manufacturer as a noise filter choke, the 154B is a low-inductance, amp-rated unit: 3mH at 1.5 A with just 0.14 ohms of DC resistance, on the C2H frame.
