The 14S10 is a single terminal strap for mounting terminal blocks inside Hammond enclosures, listed to fit an enclosure 10 in high. It is part of the 14TK series, used to provide convenient mounting for terminal blocks in 1414 Series enclosures and some sizes of PJ Series enclosures, and is finished in white.
The strap is 1.5" wide x 0.187" thick steel with a length L of 8.19 in (208 mm), giving 6.30 in (160 mm) of usable mounting space. Each strap includes spring locking hardware, and countersunk holes in the strap provide extra terminal mounting space.
How to order: Each enclosure requires one bracket assembly kit and the required number of straps. The strap part number corresponds to enclosure dimension "A" and is mounted parallel to it; the bracket part number corresponds to enclosure dimension "B" and is mounted parallel to it. In the series table the 14S10 is paired with the 14B8 bracket assembly (a pair of brackets, 8.00 in (203 mm) W) and PJ enclosure PJ1086..., compatible with all latch types. At least one strap is needed with each bracket kit, and additional terminal strap kits provide additional mounting space.
