Hammond 14R0907SS 8.75 x 6.88 in 304 Stainless Steel Inner Panel

The Hammond 14R0907SS is a 8.75 x 6.88 in (222 x 175 mm) inner panel in 14 gauge brushed 304 stainless steel, sized for 10 x 8 in 1414 and EJ Series enclosures and the matching PJ Series enclosure. It gives OEM engineers, panel builders and electricians a flat, pre-drilled surface for mounting components inside the enclosure, and belongs to Hammond's 14A, 14F, 14G, 14R and 14R-SS inner panel family.

It is made from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with a brushed surface, the 14R-SS version of the steel 14R0907 footprint. The part drawing shows a 0.07 in panel section with four 0.27 in diameter mounting holes.

Per the series ordering table the panel measures 8.75 in (222 mm) long by 6.88 in (175 mm) wide. It is listed for 1414 and EJ enclosures measuring 10.00 x 8.00 in H x W (254 x 203 mm), and for PJ Series enclosures measuring 11.08 x 9.20 in (281 x 234 mm).

The drawing places the four mounting holes on a 8.25 x 6.25 in pattern. Mounting hardware is included with the enclosure rather than listed with the panel. For PJ Series enclosures Hammond notes the hardware comes with the enclosure while the panel is ordered separately. Shipping weight is 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg), packed in a bag, and the 14R0907SS is listed as RoHS and REACH compliant.

The same 8.75 x 6.88 in footprint is also offered in steel (14R0907), fiberglass (14F0907), aluminum (14A0907) and galvanized steel (14G0907), so a matching panel can be chosen in brushed 304 stainless steel or another material without changing the layout.
