The 1485B9N is a 90 degree elbow with a top opening for 2.5 x 2.5 in N12 (NEMA Type 12) wireway. It makes a right-angle turn in a small-section wireway run while keeping the wiring accessible from the top face of the fitting, for control panel builders and electricians routing compact wireway.
The elbow is steel with a gray finish. Its drawing shows a door with clear space available on the door, a flange outline of 3.88 x 3.88 in, an overall length of 8.75 in and Ø0.28 in holes.
One flat sealing plate is included with the 1485B9N, so it can be joined to the next section without buying a plate separately. Compared with a 45 degree elbow, the 90 degree bend handles a full right-angle change of direction in a single fitting. It is REACH compliant and RoHS compliant.
