Hammond 1457NEPF-10 Flanged EMI End Panel & Gasket Kit, 10-Pack, 1457N

The 1457NEPF-10 is a 10-pack of flanged end panels with integrated mounting flanges with gaskets for 1457-EMI Series enclosures whose part number begins with 1457N. It is intended for engineers and technicians who need replacement or spare end panels, or who want to prepare custom-machined panels for connectors, switches and cables.

The panels are aluminum (die-cast alloy) in black, painted in the durable black satin powder paint used across the series, and are described as rugged yet easy to machine. Each panel carries a full perimeter conductive foam/fabric gasket made of Ni/Cu (nickel/copper) with CPSA (conductive pressure sensitive adhesive), which provides the EMI/RFI seal between the panel and the extruded body.

Because the flanges are part of the panel casting, fitting this kit to a 1457N body gives it wall-mounting ears without separate brackets, so it is a way to convert a flat-panel enclosure or replace flanged panels that have been damaged or machined.
