Hammond 1457LWP L-Profile End Panel & Gasket Kit, 2-Pack

The 1457LWP is a 2-pack of watertight end panels with gaskets for the wide, low L-profile 1457 enclosures. It lets you replace a damaged or incorrectly machined panel, or keep a spare set ready for an L-size build.

In the 1457 series ordering table this kit is listed for enclosure part numbers beginning with 1457L, which covers the 1457L1201, 1457L1202, 1457L1601, 1457L1602 and their BK versions. Per the series data, those enclosures use an extrusion 104.00 mm wide by 32.00 mm high. It appears under End Panel Kit (No Mounting Flanges), 2-pack.

The panels are die-cast aluminum alloy in black; the series describes its end panels as rugged yet easy to machine diecast aluminum painted in a durable, black satin powder paint, with full perimeter self-adhesive gaskets. The kit carries an IP65 rating, matching the series' watertight design, and the plain panels keep the enclosure length compact with no mounting flanges.

The 1457LWP is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships in a bag at 0.11 lbs (0.05 kg). For the same kit in the other pack size order 1457LWP-10; the flanged equivalent is 1457LWPF. Assembly screws are available separately in packs of 100 as 1457MS100, and the series recommends a screw torque of 5 lbf/in. Replacement water-tight gaskets are also offered in 10-packs as 1457LPG-10.
