Hammond 1457LEP-10 EMI/RFI End Panel & Gasket Kit, 10-Pack, 1457L

The 1457LEP-10 is a 10-pack of flat EMI/RFI end panels without mounting flanges with gaskets for 1457-EMI Series enclosures whose part number begins with 1457L. It is intended for engineers and technicians who need replacement or spare end panels, or who want to prepare custom-machined panels for connectors, switches and cables.

The panels are aluminum (die-cast alloy) in black, painted in the durable black satin powder paint used across the series, and are described as rugged yet easy to machine. Each panel carries a full perimeter conductive foam/fabric gasket made of Ni/Cu (nickel/copper) with CPSA (conductive pressure sensitive adhesive), which provides the EMI/RFI seal between the panel and the extruded body.

Flat panels keep the enclosure length compact and are a natural choice for replacing panels on a flat-panel 1457L enclosure, or for keeping spare blanks on hand for machining connector cut-outs. If wall mounting is needed later, the flanged equivalent is listed as 1457LEPF.
