Hammond 1455UAL-10 Clear Anodized Aluminum End Panels for 1455U, 10-Pack

The 1455UAL-10 is a 10-pack of clear anodized aluminum end panels for 1455 Series extruded aluminum enclosures with part numbers starting 1455U. The panels are listed for use with metal end plate enclosures and suit engineers, prototype shops and production teams who need spare or replacement end panels for their 1455U housings, or want panels on hand for rework and new revisions.

Clear anodized panels match the clear 1455U enclosures (1455U1601, 1455U2201, 1455U2801), which ship with natural-finish end panel screws. On the metal-ended enclosure drawings, the end panels are 1.63 mm (0.064 in) thick and fitted with countersunk screw holes. Each enclosure takes two end panels, framed by two open plastic bezels.

The metal-ended 1455U enclosures are 191 mm wide by 66 mm deep, in 160, 220 and 280 mm lengths. Replacement end panel screws are sold separately: 1455MS100 (natural, quantity 100) for clear anodized enclosures and 1455MS100BK (black, quantity 100); recommended screw torque is 5 lbf-in.

The 1455UAL-10 ships as a pack of 10 with a shipping weight of 1 lbs (0.45 kg). The black anodized equivalent is 1455UALBK-10. The panels are RoHS and REACH compliant.
