Hammond 1455RPLRED-10 Red ABS Closed Bezels for 1455R, 10-Pack

The 1455RPLRED-10 is a 10-pack of red solid (closed) bezels for the Hammond 1455R extruded aluminum enclosure. In the 1455 series ordering data these appear in the "Closed Bezels (Plastic End Caps)" table: they are the one-piece plastic end panels used on the plastic end plate versions of the enclosure, rather than the open bezel and aluminum panel combination used on metal end plate versions. The part is aimed at electronics designers, OEM builders and maintenance technicians working with 1455R cases.

Each end cap is made from ABS plastic in red. Red swaps the standard black end caps for a bold colour that can mark a unit's function or match a red-themed product line. Per the series literature, versions with plastic end plates include two closed end panels in black, and extra end caps are sold in packs of 2 and 10 in black, red, yellow, transparent red and transparent blue.

The plastic end panel 1455R enclosures in the series table are 1455R1602, 1455R1602BK, 1455R2202 and 1455R2202BK. They share a 165.00 mm width and 30.50 mm depth, with 160.00 mm or 220.00 mm lengths.

1455RPLRED-10 contains ten closed bezels, enough for five enclosures, making it the practical choice for batch builds and spares. It is bagged and has a shipping weight of 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg). For a single enclosure, the 2-pack 1455RPLRED covers both ends.
