Hammond 1455RBY-10 Yellow ABS Open Bezels for 1455R, 10-Pack

The 1455RBY-10 is a 10-pack of yellow open bezels made for the Hammond 1455R extruded aluminum enclosure. Open bezels are the plastic frames that sit around the flat aluminum end panels on metal end plate versions of the 1455 series, and the ordering table lists this part under "Open Bezels (For Use w/ Metal End Plate Enclosures)". They suit OEM engineers, electronics builders and repair technicians who need replacement or colour-change trim for an existing 1455R build.

Each bezel is moulded from ABS plastic in yellow. Yellow gives a high-contrast alternative to the standard black trim, handy for colour-coding different builds on a bench or in the field. The series literature notes that accessory panels and bezels allow for mixing and matching of colors, and extra plastic bezels are available in black, red, yellow, transparent red and transparent blue.

In the series table the 1455R enclosures measure 165.00 mm wide by 30.50 mm deep and come in 160.00 mm and 220.00 mm lengths. The metal end plate models in that family are 1455R1601, 1455R1601BK, 1455R1601BU, 1455R1601RD, 1455R2201, 1455R2201BK, 1455R2201BU and 1455R2201RD; each of these ships with two open plastic bezels in black as standard.

1455RBY-10 is the 10-pack: ten bezels, enough to re-trim five enclosures at two bezels each. It ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.24 lbs (0.11 kg). If you only need to refit a single case, order the 2-pack 1455RBY instead.

The part is REACH compliant and RoHS compliant.
