Hammond 1455QBY Yellow Open Bezels for 1455Q Enclosures, 2-Pack

The 1455QBY is a 2-pack of yellow open bezels made for 1455Q extruded aluminum enclosures. Open bezels are the plastic frames used on 1455 Series versions that have metal end plates, so this pack is aimed at designers, OEM engineers and technicians who want to change the look of a metal-end 1455Q box, replace a lost or damaged bezel, or colour-code equipment in the field or on the bench.

Each bezel is moulded from ABS plastic in yellow. In the series ordering table these parts are listed under "Open Bezels (For Use w/ Metal End Plate Enclosures)" for part numbers starting with 1455Q. Standard metal-end 1455 enclosures ship with black open bezels, and the series literature notes that accessory panels and bezels allow for mixing and matching of colours, so a yellow bezel can be paired with a clear, black, red or blue anodized aluminum end panel.

The 2-pack gives one set for a single enclosure, which has an end at each side. The same yellow bezel is also sold as 1455QBY-10 (10-pack), and the 1455Q open-bezel line is offered in black, yellow, red, translucent red and translucent blue.

The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships in a bag and has a shipping weight of 0.05 lbs (0.02 kg). For the 1455Q body itself, the series table lists 125.00 mm wide by 51.50 mm deep profiles in 160 mm and 220 mm lengths.
