Hammond 1455NSAL-10 Clear Anodized Aluminum End Panels, 10-Pack

The 1455NSAL-10 is a pack of ten clear anodized aluminum end panels for 1455NS enclosures, the square-profile members of the 1455 Series extruded aluminum enclosure family. It is listed for use with the metal end plate enclosures, the versions that ship with flat aluminum end panels behind open plastic bezels.

Clear anodize is the finish to match clear anodized 1455NS housings such as 1455NS1201, 1455NS1601 and 1455NS2201; the series specification describes the stock end panels on those enclosures as colour matched to the housing. The same panel is offered in black anodize as 1455NSALBK-10.

Because the end panel is where connectors, switches, displays and cable entries are usually cut, a stock of spare panels lets you prototype hole patterns, keep blanks for field repairs, or run a small production batch without disturbing the extruded bodies. The 10-pack quantity is the single pack size listed for these panels.

On the enclosures, the series lists #6 x 3/8 in thread rolling steel end panel screws with a #4 flat head Phillips drive and a recommended torque of 5 lbf-in. Replacement screws for clear anodized enclosures are listed as 1455MS100 (natural, quantity 100). Open black bezels for the same enclosures are 1455NSBBK (2-pack) and 1455NSBBK-10 (10-pack).
