Hammond 1455NPLTRD Translucent Red Polycarbonate Closed Bezels, 2-Pack

The 1455NPLTRD is a translucent red closed bezel, also called a solid plastic end cap, for the 1455N size of the 1455 Series extruded aluminum enclosures. It is listed under the End Panels type and is intended for engineers, technicians and OEM builders who need to replace, restock or recolour the ends of a 1455N enclosure.

The bezel is made from polycarbonate in translucent red. Unlike the black, red and yellow versions, which are ABS plastic, the translucent red bezel is made from polycarbonate. The translucent finish gives the end of the enclosure a tinted, see-through look while still closing it off completely.

Each 1455NPLTRD bag holds 2 bezels. That is one pair, enough to close both ends of a single enclosure, and a convenient quantity for a repair or a one-off colour change. The shipping weight is 0.09 lbs (0.04 kg).

In the 1455 Series, versions with plastic end plates ship with two closed end panels in black, while versions with metal end plates use flat aluminum end panels behind open plastic bezels.
