The 1455N1202 is a clear anodized extruded aluminum PC board enclosure measuring 120 mm x 103 mm x 53 mm (4.72 in x 4.06 in x 2.09 in), fitted with plastic end panels. The body is extruded aluminum with a minimum wall thickness of 0.06 in (1.5 mm), and PC boards mount horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body. The drawing notes the extrusion is designed for a 100 mm wide PC board; the box is made from extruded aluminum 6063. This size appears in the manufacturer's table of enclosures with a sliding plate, so the base includes a removable sliding plate.
As a plastic end plate version, the 1455N1202 includes two closed end panels in black (ABS per the drawing), four adhesive rubber feet and #6 x 3/8 in thread rolling steel end panel screws with a #4 flat head Phillips drive (natural screws on this clear finish). Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf-in.
