Hammond 1455LALBK-10 Black Anodized Aluminum End Panels, 10-Pack

1455LALBK-10 is a 10-pack of black anodized aluminum end panels for 1455L extruded aluminum enclosures. These are the flat metal end plates used on the metal end plate versions of the 1455 Series, so the pack suits OEM engineers, prototype shops and panel builders who need spare, replacement or custom-machined ends for black 1455L housings.

Each panel is made from aluminum in a black anodize finish (one of the four anodize colours offered for end panels). On a complete metal end plate enclosure the two flat aluminum end panels are colour matched to the housing and framed by two open plastic bezels, so a pack of ten covers the ends of five enclosures - handy when you plan to drill connector, switch or display cut-outs and want spare blanks on hand.

The 1455L extrusion is 103 mm wide and 30.5 mm deep and is offered in 80, 120, 160 and 220 mm lengths (1455L801, 1455L1201, 1455L1601 and 1455L2201 families), so the same end panel fits every metal end plate 1455L enclosure regardless of length. The panels are fastened with the series' #6 x 3/8 in thread-rolling steel end panel screws with a #4 flat head Phillips drive; black, red and blue anodized enclosures use black screws, available as replacement pack 1455MS100BK (quantity 100). Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf-in.

Accessory panels and bezels allow colours to be mixed and matched, so 1455LALBK-10 can also be paired with a different colour of housing or bezel. The panels are RoHS and REACH compliant and ship in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.28 lbs (0.13 kg).
