Hammond 1455JBTRD Translucent Red Open Bezels, J-Size 2-Pack

1455JBTRD is a 2-pack of translucent red plastic open bezels for 1455J-size extruded aluminum enclosures in the Hammond 1455 series, whose extruded bodies house PC boards or equipment interfaces. It suits electronics designers, OEM engineers and repair technicians who build around 1455J housings. An open bezel is the plastic bezel used with the flat aluminum end panels on metal end plate versions of the 1455 series. The ordering table lists these parts under Open Bezels for use with metal end plate enclosures, and every 1455J enclosure with metal end plates ships with two black open bezels as standard.

The open bezels are moulded in translucent red polycarbonate, a translucent colour option. The part is listed as RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, and carries UPC 623980581873 and UNSPSC 39121301 for procurement.

Each pack of 1455JBTRD contains 2 open bezels, enough for one enclosure (both ends), and ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 0.02 lbs (0.01 kg). The same colour is also sold as 1455JBTRD-10 in a 10-pack for production runs.

Ordering 1455JBTRD lets you replace a damaged or lost bezel, keep spares on the bench, or change the look of a 1455J enclosure. Accessory panels and bezels allow for mixing and matching of colours, so a translucent red bezel can be paired with a clear, black, red or blue anodized housing to colour-code units or highlight a product line. Extra plastic bezels and end caps in this series come in black, red, yellow, translucent red and translucent blue, in packs of 2 and 10.
