The extrusion is designed for a 50 mm wide PC board, which mounts horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded into the body. The internal width is 51.00 ± 0.50 mm. As a metal end plate version, the 1455CS801 includes two flat aluminum end panels colour matched to the clear housing plus two open black plastic bezels that frame them, along with four adhesive rubber feet. End panels fasten with #6 x 3/8 in thread-rolling steel screws with a #4 flat head Phillips drive, supplied in a natural finish; the recommended screw torque is 5 lbf-in. Replacement screws are 1455MS100 (quantity 100) and replacement feet are 1421T2CL (pack of 24).
