Hammond 1455CS1201 120mm Square Extruded Aluminum Enclosure, Metal Ends

The 1455CS1201 is a 120 mm long, square-profile extruded aluminum enclosure in a clear anodized finish, intended to house PC boards or package interface equipment. It measures 120 mm x 54 mm x 54 mm (4.72 in x 2.13 in x 2.13 in) and is the metal end panel version of this size, for builders who want metal ends on a compact square housing.

The extruded aluminum body has a minimum wall thickness of 0.06" (1.5 mm). PC boards mount horizontally by sliding into internal slots; the extrusion is designed for a 50 mm wide PC board, with a 51.00 ± 0.50 mm internal opening. This size is listed among the series' enclosures without a sliding plate.

Supplied with the body are two flat aluminum end panels, color matched to the clear housing, and two open black plastic bezels that frame them. The drawing shows a 1.63 mm (0.064 in) end plate with two 0.165 in holes countersunk 0.230 in x 82°, and an overall end dimension of 57.40 mm (2.260 in) with the bezel fitted.
