Hammond 1452PG9 17.5x8.9x10.5 in Steel Instrument Cabinet

The 1452PG9 is a 17.5 in wide, 8.9 in deep, 10.5 in high (445 x 226 x 267 mm) metal instrument enclosure, the widest size in the 1452 series, for large front panels carrying many controls, meters or connectors. It suits electronics designers, OEM engineers and lab or test teams who need a wide desktop case with a panel they can cut and drill themselves.

Construction uses a 20 gauge steel cover over an 18 gauge steel base and frame for strength, with an easy to machine .064 in thick aluminum panel painted satin black. The material is listed as steel with aluminum end panels. The part listing gives the colour as gray, while the series specification sheet describes the finish as beige.
