The 1451-16 is a perforated steel chassis cover in ASA 61 grey for the 10 x 6 in chassis footprint of the 1441 Series. The ordering table lists it for two chassis heights: the 1 in tall 1441-15 and the 2 in tall 1441-16, including their satin black BK3 versions and the 1441-16BK3CWW with walnut sides.
