The 1434-18 is a natural-finish aluminum bottom plate (Aluminum Chassis Cover 13.5x5) that closes the open underside of a Hammond 1444 Series aluminum chassis. It suits builders of tube, audio and classic or vintage-style equipment who want a finished base on a 13.5 x 5 in spot-welded aluminum chassis.
