Hammond 1427NCGPG11LG 10 mm PG11 Extra-Long Gray Nylon Cordgrip, 5

The 1427NCGPG11LG is a gray (RAL 7035) extra-long PG11 liquid-tight cordgrip made of nylon. It appears in the series' PG Threads (Extra Long) table with an inner thread length (T) of 0.59 in (15 mm), versus 8 mm on the standard PG11, and clamps cable from 5 mm to 10 mm where it enters or leaves an enclosure.

The nylon body works with an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal and a large opening to accept a wide range of cable diameters. The strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring so the cable is held without twisting or damage. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are included.

The 1427NCGPG11LG provides IP68 protection, is designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13, is UL listed with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. It operates from -40°C to 100°C static (up to 120° instantaneous) and -20°C to 80°C dynamic (up to 100° instantaneous). It ships in a bag at 0.03 lbs (0.01 kg).
