Hammond 1427NCGM40G 32 mm Cable M40x1.5 Gray Nylon Cordgrip, 22

The 1427NCGM40G is a gray nylon liquid-tight cordgrip with an M40x1.5 metric thread, built for sealing large cables where they enter or leave an enclosure. It accepts cable from 22 mm to 32 mm in diameter, and its gray (RAL 7035) finish suits light-gray enclosures.

A nylon body and NBR (nitrile rubber) seal form the sealing system. Thanks to the large opening, the seal takes a wide range of cable diameters, and the strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring to give strain relief without twisting or damaging the cable. The gland is supplied with a nylon locknut and an EPDM o-ring.

It operates from -40°C to 100°C in a static state (up to 120° instantaneous) and from -20°C to 80°C in a dynamic state (up to 100° instantaneous).
