The 1427HK is the optional hinge kit for the 1590ZGRP Series of glass reinforced polyester enclosures. It turns the screw-down lid into a hinged lid, which is useful for technicians and integrators who open an enclosure regularly for service or inspection. It is listed on the 1590ZGRP drawings as "Hinge Kit (2 Pack)".
The hinges are molded from tough polyester with brass inserts, and the kit is rated IP66.
