The 1427DIN100M is the longest of the heavy duty aluminum DIN clips, measuring 100 mm wide and designed for mounting enclosures to 35 mm wide DIN rails. It gives controls engineers and panel builders the broadest clip base in the series for larger rail-mounted enclosures.
It is made from extruded aluminum in a clear anodized finish with spring steel wire and includes the enclosure mounting hardware. Maximum weight capacity is 125 lbs (56 kg) per unit, with one clip per package. The drawing shows two Ø3.97 mm [0.156 in] mounting holes and notes that the enclosure and DIN rail are not included.
