Hammond 1422N4SSF12FQT 72x72x12 In 304 Stainless Two-Door Floormount Enclosure

The 1422N4SSF12FQT is a wide Type 4X two-door floormount enclosure in 304 stainless steel, measuring 72.13 x 72.06 x 12.69 in (1,832 x 1,830 x 322 mm). Its 68 x 68 in inner panel is the largest panel size in the 1422 N4 QT SS series, which is designed to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instruments where equipment may be hosed down, very wet or where corrosion is a serious problem.

The enclosure is formed 12 gauge stainless steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Both continuously hinged doors are secured with quarter turn latches, have provision for padlocking and can be removed by pulling the stainless steel hinge pins. A seamless poured-in place gasket and formed lips on the doors and top of the enclosure opening exclude flowing liquids and contaminants. 12 in floor stands are welded to the enclosure, and heavy duty stainless steel lifting eyebolts come with reinforcing support angles.

The removable 10 gauge inner panel is 68 x 68 in (1,727 x 1,727 mm), finished in white powder coating and installed on panel supports and collar studs after taking out the removable center post. Per the drawing, the two door openings are 32.55 in each and 69.38 in high, usable depth is 12.00 in and overall height including floor stands is 84.13 in. A bonding stud on each door, matching grounding studs in the enclosure and a literature pocket are provided.
