The 1422E10F is a 72 x 60 x 10 in nominal NEMA Type 12 two-door enclosure from the 1422 FM Series, designed to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and instruments where a degree of protection from falling dirt, dust, oil and water is needed. It stands on 12 in floor stands welded to the enclosure and sits directly on the floor. It suits panel builders and OEM engineers laying out 60 in wide two-door control panels.
It is a 72 in high size formed from combination 10/12 gauge steel, supplied with a removable 10 gauge inner panel and panel supports for easier panel installation. Seams are continuously welded without knockouts or holes, body stiffeners add rigidity, and heavy duty lifting eyebolts are provided with reinforced support angles. The enclosure and cover are phosphatized and finished in recoatable smooth ANSI 61 gray powder coat, while the inner panel is white powder coat.
