Hammond 1421T2CL 0.50 in Clear Flat Round Adhesive Feet, 24 Pack

The 1421T2CL is the clear version of the 0.50 in flat round foot in the 1421-FEET Series, sold in a package of 24. Each foot measures 0.50 in (13 mm) in diameter and 0.14 in (4 mm) high. The clear color keeps the feet unobtrusive under finished enclosures and desktop products.

Unlike the black and gray versions of this size, which use Natural Rubber R-30 adhesive, the 1421T2CL uses an Acrylic A-20 adhesive. The attachment method is self-adhesive. The part page lists the material as rubber; the series data states that the feet are made from polyurethane material, except the 1421T7. The series service temperature rating is -34°C to 66°C (-30°F to 150°F).

For best adhesion results:

• Clean surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)
• Apply firm pressure to generate good initial contact
• Expect the adhesion bond to increase over time

Clear feet in the 1421-FEET Series come in three shapes: this 0.50 in flat round 1421T2CL, the 0.44 in round hemisphere 1421T5CL and the smaller 0.31 in flat round 1421T6CL. All three use Acrylic A-20 adhesive, so choose the 1421T2CL when you want the widest flat contact area of the three.
