The 1418ZCS center panel support kit is built for two-door 1418FS and HN4FS Series freestanding enclosures that are 72.00 in (1829 mm) tall. It lets control panel shops and system integrators fit panels, swing frames and panel rails intended for single door enclosures into a double door enclosure, instead of sourcing one large double-width panel.
With the support in place, two single-door panels sit side by side. According to the series data this allows two 20" panels in a 48" wide enclosure, two 26" panels in a 60" wide enclosure, or two 32" panels in a 72" wide enclosure.
Installation uses the front-to-back mounting channels at the top and bottom of two-door enclosures. The support can be located at any depth in the cabinet and its width is adjustable from 1.91" to 2.34". It is suitable for single or dual access double door enclosures.
Construction is steel with a white finish. The 1418ZCS ships boxed with a shipping weight of 25 lbs (11.34 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant. Companion parts cover other heights: the 1418ACS for 60 in and the 1418BCS for 90 in enclosures.
