The 1418YYHHP is a pair of half-height panel rails for 90 x 24 Hammond 1418FS and HN4FS Series freestanding enclosures. It gives you a substantial rack-mount block while leaving the other part of the tall enclosure available for panel-mounted components.
The rails are 40.25 in (1022 mm) high and provide 23 rack units, the most of any half-height rail in the series. They are 10-gauge steel with a white powder coat finish (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant) and threaded 10-32 mounting holes at standard EIA spacing. The ordering table lists U and V dimensions of 4.09 in (104 mm) and 8.09 in (205 mm).
The drawing shows installation with six 3/8-16 screws, six 3/8 flat washers and six 3/8-16 spring nuts. For rack mounting across the full enclosure height, the 1418YYFHP provides 45 RU.
The 1418YYHHP is TAA compliant, manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility, and REACH and RoHS compliant. The boxed pair ships at 15 lbs (6.80 kg). Hammond positions the 1418PR Series for industrial control systems, electrical and automation enclosures, outdoor or washdown-rated NEMA installations and hybrid IT/OT deployments.
