Hammond 1418XFHP 35U Full Height 24 in Rack Rails for 72 x 30 Enclosures

The 1418XFHP is a pair of full-height panel rails that sets up a 24 in rack-mount system inside a 72 x 30 Hammond 1418FS or HN4FS Series freestanding enclosure. It is the wider option in the 1418PR Series, suited to integrators who need 24.00 in (610 mm) rack mounting inside a NEMA enclosure.

The rails give 35 rack units over a 61.25 in (1556 mm) rail height. They are heavy-duty 10-gauge steel in a white powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Mounting holes are threaded 10-32 at standard EIA spacing; 10-32 mounting hardware is offered as an accessory. The drawing shows a 2.50 in x 1.50 in rail profile, and the ordering table lists U and V dimensions of 3.66 in (93 mm) and 7.66 in (195 mm).

The rails fasten into the enclosure with six 3/8-16 screws, six 3/8 flat washers and six 3/8-16 spring nuts, as shown on the manufacturer drawing.

The 1418XFHP is TAA compliant and manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility. It is REACH and RoHS compliant, and the boxed pair ships at 25 lbs (11.34 kg).
